In Part 3 I wrote about my twisty ride up through the mountains to Da Lat, a town situated 5, feet above sea level. That being said, it has been one of my favorite destinations in Vietnam so far , and I wish we could have stayed there longer. It is the perfect destination for outdoorsy people. Our first full day there we went rappelling abseiling for you Brits , zip-lining, swimming, and ended it with a nice trek through the woods. That was just the tip of the iceberg should you want to pursue more in the area. One of my favorite places we went was the Crazy House , one of the weirdest hotels in the world. I could go on and on about Da Lat, but this post is about motorbiking, not my actual experiences in each city.

Dalat has something for everyone! More than anything, I suggest you take a long walk around Dalat. There is so much to see, various flower parks, cute neighborhoods, old French mansions, and more. Otherwise, here are my top five things I think everyone should do in Dalat, in no particular order. Truc Lam is a zen monastery sitting on the edge of Tuy? The same lake we stayed on at Binh An Village!

After a quick chat at the Da Lat busstation and a longer personal conversation at outlr hostel. Peter came up to me at the Dalat busstation and convinced me to do a 4 day tour through the I've heard amazing things about the Easyrider tours, so I knew I had to do it.
